Welcome to Luxoria Azzurro. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Luxoria Azzurro. We operate this online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, and services (the “Services”), to provide customers with a curated luxury shopping experience. Luxoria Azzurro is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

All product descriptions, including availability, specifications, and pricing, are subject to change at our discretion without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time or limit quantities to any customer or geographic region.

Luxoria Azzurro sells a combination of original luxury timepieces and premium quality models inspired by iconic designs. These premium quality items are not manufactured, endorsed, or authorized by the original brands.
All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When placing an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase. Luxoria Azzurro reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Orders are accepted only after payment has been processed and confirmed.

Special orders (“Pedidos Especiales”) that have been confirmed with suppliers are non-refundable. Model changes for special orders may be requested within 2 days, subject to supplier limitations.

You represent that any purchase is for personal use and not for resale.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.
Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, customs duties, or shipping fees.

By completing a purchase, you agree to provide valid and updated payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount of your order.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Luxoria Azzurro provides:

Face-to-face delivery for customers in Puerto Rico
Domestic and international shipping for customers outside Puerto Rico

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Once items are transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services—including text, graphics, images, product descriptions, videos, and trademarks—is the property of Luxoria Azzurro or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission.

All third-party trademarks (including Rolex®, Cartier®, Audemars Piguet®, Patek Philippe®, and others) are the property of their respective owners. These names are used solely for descriptive purposes, and Luxoria Azzurro has no affiliation or authorization from any brand.

Access to third-party tools may be provided “as is” without warranties. Your use of any third-party tool is entirely at your own risk and subject to the provider’s terms.

Luxoria Azzurro is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases and interactions are solely between you and Luxoria Azzurro.
Shopify is not responsible for any claims or issues related to your transactions with us.

Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the courts of Puerto Rico.
