Layaway Policy

Luxoria Azzurro offers a convenient Layaway Program designed to help customers reserve and purchase luxury timepieces and accessories through flexible monthly payments. By starting a layaway plan, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility

Layaway is available for:

  • Original luxury watches

  • Premium quality watches

  • Select accessories (bags, jewelry, footwear) depending on item availability

Special orders may also qualify for layaway, subject to supplier availability and approval.


2. Layaway Term Options

Customers may choose:

  • 6-month layaway plan, or

  • 12-month layaway plan

The term must be selected at the start of the agreement.


3. Down Payment Requirement

A minimum deposit is required to secure any item.
The deposit amount may vary depending on the item’s price or supplier requirements.

Deposits are non-refundable.


4. Monthly Payment Requirements

  • Payments must be made on schedule each month.

  • Customers may pay more than the minimum amount at any time.

  • Early payoff is allowed without penalties.

Failure to make monthly payments may result in cancellation of the layaway (see Section 7).


5. Price Protection

Once an item is placed on layaway:

  • The price is locked in, and

  • The customer is guaranteed the item at the agreed-upon amount,
    even if prices increase later.


6. Item Reservation

The item selected is reserved exclusively for you.
For special orders, the product is ordered from suppliers once the deposit is received.


7. Cancellations, Defaults & Forfeitures

Layaway cancellations or payment defaults result in:

  • Loss of the deposit, and

  • Loss of all payments made to date

All layaway payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another item unless approved by Luxoria Azzurro.

If a customer fails to make payments for 30 days or more, the layaway plan may be cancelled at Luxoria’s discretion.


8. Exchanges on Layaway Items

Exchanges may be considered only:

  • Before the item is delivered

  • Subject to availability

  • Only if the supplier allows changes (for special orders)

  • Price differences must be settled at the time of exchange

Once the item is delivered, exchange rules follow our Refund Policy.


9. Delivery or Shipping After Final Payment

Once the item is fully paid:

Puerto Rico customers

  • Delivered face-to-face by a Luxoria representative

  • Customer inspects and approves the item during delivery

USA and International customers

  • Shipped with tracking, insurance, and signature required

  • Processing time is 1–3 business days


10. No Refunds

All deposits and layaway payments are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.

This protects the integrity of supplier orders and inventory allocation.
