Luxoria Azzurro offers in-person delivery within Puerto Rico and insured shipping to the United States and worldwide. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, delivered, and handled depending on your location.
1. In-Person Delivery (Puerto Rico Only)
Customers located in Puerto Rico receive their orders through face-to-face delivery by a Luxoria Azzurro representative.
During delivery, the customer:

Inspects the item in person

Confirms the model, specifications, and condition

Verifies all accessories included
-
Approves the item before accepting delivery
Once the item is accepted in person, the sale is final and cannot be returned or refunded (see our Refund Policy:

Face-to-face delivery ensures accuracy, eliminates shipping risks, and guarantees product integrity.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
For customers within the United States:

Orders are shipped fully inspected, photographed, and recorded.

All shipments include tracking and insurance.

A signature is required on delivery to ensure secure receipt.

Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Luxoria Azzurro is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control.
Once the package is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
3. International Shipping (Worldwide)
We ship internationally to most countries.
International orders include:

Customs & Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import fees, VAT, or any additional charges imposed by their country.
Luxoria Azzurro does not control these fees and cannot estimate or reduce them.
Packages that are refused due to customs fees will not be refunded.
4. Processing Times
Processing time begins once payment is confirmed.

In-person deliveries (PR): Scheduled within 1–3 days

Domestic shipping (USA): Ships within 1–3 business days

International shipping: Ships within 2–5 business days
Processing times may vary based on product availability or special requests.
5. Special Orders (Pedidos Especiales)
Special orders require payment to suppliers and follow stricter conditions:

Once the order is confirmed and processed with suppliers, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Shipping/delivery timelines for special orders vary depending on supplier availability.

Model changes are allowed only within 2 days of confirmation and only if the supplier allows changes.

6. Shipping Insurance and Signature Requirement
All shipped orders include:

Insurance covering the value of the item

Signature required at delivery
Luxoria Azzurro is not responsible for:

Lost packages after confirmed delivery

Theft after delivery

Packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer
Customers must ensure their delivery address is accurate.
7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address:

The customer is responsible for additional shipping fees

Delivery delays may occur

Luxoria Azzurro is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer must pay the reshipment cost.
8. Damaged or Missing Items (Shipped Orders Only)
For shipped orders (USA or international):
Customers must report visible damage or missing items within 24 hours of delivery, providing:

Description of the issue

Unboxing video (if available)
Claims submitted after 24 hours may be denied.
In-person deliveries in Puerto Rico do not qualify for post-delivery damage claims.

Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear.
