Warranty Policy

At Luxoria Azzurro, we stand behind the quality and performance of our luxury timepieces. As part of our commitment to exceptional service, all of our watches include a 1-year full movement warranty, with the option to extend coverage before the warranty expiration date.

This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to submit a claim.


1. Warranty Coverage — Watches Only

All watches purchased from Luxoria Azzurro include:

✔ 1-Year Movement Warranty

Covers mechanical defects in the internal movement of the watch.

✔ Full Replacement Guarantee

If the watch suffers a covered mechanical failure and cannot be repaired, Luxoria Azzurro will replace it with a brand new model of equal value.

✔ Optional Warranty Extension

Customers may extend their warranty before the 1-year period expires.

✔ One-Time Water Seal Warranty

If water or moisture enters the watch due to seal failure, Luxoria will cover the repair one time, provided the watch shows no signs of misuse.


2. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The following are not covered under the Luxoria Azzurro warranty:

❌ Aesthetic or cosmetic damage

These include, but are not limited to:

  • Scratches

  • Scuffs

  • Fading

  • Wear and tear

  • Polishing marks

  • Bracelet or strap aging

❌ Damage caused by misuse or impact

Examples:

  • Drops

  • Knocks / impacts

  • Cracked crystal

  • Bent links or crown damage

  • Water damage caused by improper use

❌ Opening, tampering, or unauthorized repairs

Any manipulation by third parties immediately voids the warranty.

❌ Damage caused by setting the time/date incorrectly

(especially on models with restricted date-change windows)

❌ Batteries (for quartz models)

Battery replacements are not included.


3. Accessories — No Warranty

Accessories such as:

  • Bags

  • Footwear

  • Jewelry

  • Sunglasses

do not include any warranty and are sold as final sale.


4. Required Conditions for Warranty Service

To qualify for warranty coverage:

  1. The watch must show no signs of impact or fall.

  2. The watch must not have been opened, adjusted, or repaired by anyone other than Luxoria Azzurro.

  3. The customer must provide:

    • Proof of purchase

    • Photos/videos of the issue

    • For shipped orders: unboxing video if available

Luxoria Azzurro reserves the right to evaluate each piece and determine whether the issue qualifies as a mechanical defect.


5. Warranty Process

To submit a warranty claim, contact us at:

Provide the following:

  • Order number

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Photos or video evidence

  • Confirmation that the watch has not been damaged or opened

Evaluation Timeline

  • Watch inspection: 3–7 business days

  • Repair or replacement process: varies depending on parts and availability

If the watch is eligible and repairable, Luxoria will repair it under warranty.
If it is not repairable, a brand new replacement will be provided at no cost.


6. Water-Resistance Warranty (One-Time Coverage)

Luxoria Azzurro offers one-time coverage for water entry due to seal failure, as long as:

  • The watch shows no signs of impact

  • The customer did not misuse the watch (e.g., hot water, saunas, crown left open)

After one warranty seal repair, future water-related issues are not covered.


7. Warranty Exclusions for “Special Order” Models

If the watch was purchased through a special order (custom request placed with suppliers):

  • Warranty coverage remains the same, but the product cannot be returned or refunded for any reason.

  • Model changes must be requested within 2 days of order confirmation.


8. Warranty Transferability

The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.


9. Important Disclaimer

Luxoria Azzurro is an independent retailer.
All brand names and trademarks (e.g., Rolex®, Cartier®, AP®, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.
Luxoria Azzurro does not claim affiliation, sponsorship, or authorization from any brand.


10. Summary for Customers

  • All watches include a 1-year movement warranty

  • Optional extended warranty available

  • Cosmetic damage is never covered

  • Accessories have no warranty

  • Water damage is covered one time if caused by seal failure

  • If a watch cannot be repaired → you receive a new one

  • Warranty is void if the watch is opened or tampered with

  • Warranty does not apply to misuse, falls, or impacts
